“I have known Brittany for many years. I knew her first as the Marketing Director for my mother’s previous ALF. She later became the Director of the facility.
After she left as Director, my mother started developing memory issues. We needed to find a different facility for my mother; one that could handle her memory issues without putting her in Memory Care.
Brittany was my first and only person to call. Even though she knew my mother very well, she met with my husband and I to determine what her current needs were.
She took my husband, my mother and I on several visits to other ALFs. There was one facility that was clearly the perfect fit for my mother - and that is where she went. My mother has been there for a couple of years, and she is happy and they take great care of her.
Brittany is a very caring, loving person who thrives on helping others. She knows and understands everything about a person who needs help: whether it be with placement in an ALF, a Memory Care Facility, or help at home - Brittany will help find what is right for them and their family.
